1. Who provides the service

arkana-tarot.com ("Arkana") is operated by , self-employed under an individual activity certificate, Lithuania. Contact: hello@arkana-tarot.com.

2. The service

Arkana is a tarot app: card readings, a card meaning library, a journal, a learning mode, MCP integration for assistants and full readings. Arkana is for entertainment and self-reflection. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and is no substitute for professionals. You make your own decisions.

3. Credits

• Full readings and the higher MCP draw limit are paid with credits. A standard reading costs 1 credit, a deep reading 4 credits. One standard reading a day is free.
• Credits are sold as one-time packs. This is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges.
• Credits are tied to an Arkana code shown after payment. Keep the code safe: anyone who has it can use the credits.
• Credits are valid for 12 months from the last purchase and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Prices are shown in euro on the site and on the payment page before you pay.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, which also acts as the merchant of record for the purchase: it issues the receipt and calculates and pays any taxes that apply in your country (such as VAT). Prices include tax. You can also contact Stripe with payment questions. We never receive or store your card details.

5. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Credits are digital content delivered immediately after payment. Before buying you expressly agree to this and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. If a technical error means credits weren't delivered or a reading wasn't provided, contact us and we will restore the credits or refund the payment.

6. Readings

Full readings are generated automatically with Anthropic's language model Claude, based on the drawn cards. Cards are drawn at random; the reading never changes them. Readings may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a guarantee or forecast.

7. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no automated high-volume requests, circumventing limits or disrupting operation. We may restrict access if this happens.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is. We aren't responsible for decisions made on the basis of readings. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months, as far as the law allows.

9. Disputes

Lithuanian law applies. Please contact us first. Consumers may also turn to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (www.vvtat.lt) or the consumer authority of their own country.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the new version is published on this page. Credits already purchased remain under the terms in force at the time of purchase.
